What are some of the reasons people come for coaching?

Career development, direction for life, health improvement, clarity, support, starting up new project, motivation, refreshing vision, problem solving and goal attainment.

Why combine counselling & coaching?

Most people come for therapy because they recognise the need to change something about their current life situation. Often we find ourselves stuck in unwanted cycles of behaviour, thoughts, or feelings. Counselling helps work through some of the issues keeping you from living the life you want. Coaching builds on this to help you dream realist achievable dreams and harness your own inner wisdom so that change is life long and lasting.
